Shipping Charges

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Nexus Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link so you can track your package in real time.

Multiple Shipments
Since our products come from different categories, your order may be shipped in separate packages. You'll receive tracking details for each shipment separately.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address
